  • Whiskey

    Our whiskey is built from heritage grains - red & blue corn, Monongahela rye, and a farm-roasted single malt whisky. We will release our own favorite Old Fashioned recipes with each whiskey.

  • Brandy

    Our first brandy starts as a locally-grown, locally-made grape wine. from there, we will explore with local apples and peaches as the base fruit. Our brandy releases will be accompanied by Champaign cocktail recipies that use sparkling wine made by favorite local wineries.

  • Rum

    Our rum is molasses heavy, rich in raison flavor, a real mouthful that makes a great mixer and a superb sipper. A spiced rum is planned for the holidays.

  • Gin

    We are working on distilled, macerated, and Genever styles that use locally and regionally sourced botanicals. The distilled gin will emphasize juniper and lemon. The macerated gin will pair fresh berries with the juniper. A barrel aged Old Tom is planned too.

  • Vermouth

    Extra Dry Vermouth is planned for co-release with our gin. Sweet and Blanco Vermouths will follow. All will be crafted from fine wine produced by local wineries.
